Hallie + Devon + A Lot Of Paper Flowers!

Tucked away in downtown Spokane, Barrister Winery was not only a beautiful backdrop for Hallie & Devon's wedding, but a perfect set up for their banquet style ceremony, patio cocktail hour and upbeat reception! Here's a quick look at another summer 2012 wedding!

Alisa Lewis Event Design + the Attic put a lot of thought into each little detail!
Many hand-made paper flowers and pinwheels, books, and lots of candlelight were included to make this wedding reflect the personalities of the couple. Window frames hung from the ceiling for the backdrop of the ceremony, and also a suspended wall of paper flowers and pinwheels hung above and behind the dessert table.

Dessert table was an assortment of home-made doughnuts and cupcakes! Yum!

More to come- keep a look out!

Katie and Charlie ~ First Look!

While Friday, July 20th, covered our town in a crazy rain storm, Saturday cleared up and turned into a beautiful summer day, just in time for this 300 guest wedding at Settler's Creek in Coeur d'Alene! Here is a first look at Katie and Charlie's day:
. . . . . . .

One of my favorite parts of a wedding is sneaking away with the couple and the photographer right around sunset to style some intimate shots with the couple. For this wedding, we used gold glitter and feathers in the meadow just outside the barn...LOVED it!

A couple of photos from my iPhone: The table decor + a look at the table set up, for the reception.

Tyler & Rachel Smotherman 6.16.2012

Here is look at Tyler and Rachel Smotherman's lovely backyard style wedding, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, in June!

From the mix matched chairs provided by the Attic, to the contrast of cobalt blue vases and chinaware, this wedding had the feeling of a backyard party with close friends and family!

                                                                     .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .

One of two signs the bride's family made to give direction for the guests.

A shot of the tables before complete set up gives you a good look at the mixed matched chairs that truly added a one of a kind look!

An enchanting chandelier hung above the entrance to the reception area.

                                                                      The head table

With a mix of nuts, lemonade, tea and mason jars served on the Attic's own barrel table, guests were easily refreshed before lunch was served.

June 2012 Weddings | Rachel & Tyler

This was a casual morning wedding. The clients used 110 of our mismatched wood chairs. They added in umbrellas from a rental company and accented the tables with our blue & white china dishes and cobalt blue vases.

The cake sat on our mint green cable spool

Our wine barrel table served as a drink station.

We rented live trees from a local nursery to soften the inside of the church.

Then this happened. We were ahead of schedule and our brand new delivery trailer and truck were smashed by an innatentive driver. A real bummer....
